Chocolate and banana ice cream


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Ensure® Plus Advance, banana flavor
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (100 g)
  • 15 g of chocolate frosting
  • 1 banana cut into rounds
  • Blender
  • Ice molds

Directions

Pour a bottle of Ensure® Plus Advance banana along with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a blender or bowl. Mix everything into a creamy mass. Stir in the chocolate frosting with a spoon. Divide the mixture into freezer molds and put in the freezer for a few hours to harden.
Serve with chocolate topping and garnished with cut banana.

TIP: Try also with caramel syrup and other fruits for garnish.
