Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Ensure® Plus Advance, chocolate flavor
• 3 spoons of chocolate frosting
• 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream
• Whipped cream to decorate according to taste
• Bowl
• Blender
• Serving glass and straw

Directions

Pour the Ensure® Plus Advance into a bowl, add the chocolate frosting and blend with a blender until combined. Put a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream in a glass, pour over the mixture and decorate with whipped cream.

TIP: You can also add a few ice cubes as needed.
