Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Ensure® Plus Advance, flavor according to the flavor of the pudding (vanilla/chocolate/strawberry/banana/coffee)
• 280 ml of whole milk
• 1 bag of custard powder, same flavor with Ensure® Plus Advance
• Whipped cream and fruit for decoration
• Mixing bowl
• Fork/ whisk and wooden spoon for mixing
• Smaller pot/ Saucepan

Directions

Pour a bottle of Ensure® Plus Advance and 180 ml of milk into a container or bowl, mix. Add the custard powder and mix gradually with a fork or whisk until the custard dissolves. Pour the remaining milk (100 ml) into the saucepan and heat slowly.
After a while, add the stirred mixture of custard, milk and Ensure® Plus Advance. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken. Be careful not to boil! If the mixture starts to get thick, set aside and pour into bowls. Leave to cool.
After cooling, garnish with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
