Extension of the knee


  • Sit in a chair with a backrest with a straight back.  
  • Tie the ends of the ribbon together and place it above your ankles.  
  • Keep your left knee bent with the sole of your foot flat on the floor and slowly straighten your right leg.
  • Keep the leg extended for 5 seconds and slowly return to the starting point.
  •  Repeat up to 15 times and switch legs.
