Delicious chocolate cake for real chocolate enjoyment.
- 220 ml of vanilla flavoured ProSure®
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 biscuits
- 2 heaped tablespoons of coffee
- 2 heaped tablespoons of black chocolate powder
- 2 gelatine sheets
- Whipped cream for decoration
Directions
Add coffee, chocolate, and gelatine sheets (previously soaked in cold water) to the heated milk. Mix the cooled mixture in a blender together with the contents of the vanilla flavoured ProSure® bottle and the biscuits. Pour the dense liquid mixture into the forms and leave in the refrigerator for one hour. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream before serving.
