Delicious soup for autumn nights.
Ingredients
- 120 g of pumpkin
- 5 g of onions, a pinch of garlic
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 7 tablespoons of vanilla flavoured ProSure® (70g)
Directions
Fry the pumpkin and onion in olive oil, then add the garlic and nutmeg. Drizzle with water, salt and cook until soft. Mash the soup with a stick mixer. Stir 7 tablespoons of ProSure® into the prepared, slightly chilled pumpkin soup.
