Pumpkin Soup Recipe


Delicious soup for autumn nights.

Ingredients

  • 120 g of pumpkin
  • 5 g of onions, a pinch of garlic
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 7 tablespoons of vanilla flavoured ProSure® (70g)

Directions

Fry the pumpkin and onion in olive oil, then add the garlic and nutmeg. Drizzle with water, salt and cook until soft. Mash the soup with a stick mixer. Stir 7 tablespoons of ProSure® into the prepared, slightly chilled pumpkin soup.
