Salmon in sweet potato sauce


Omega 3 fatty acids from salmon in combination with sweet potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • A bundle of chard
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 sweet potatoes
  • Butter
  • ½ bottle of ProSure® vanilla
  • Olive oil, spices (salt, pepper)
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper and briefly fry it on both sides in a pan. Cook sweet potatoes and carrots, add butter and spices and mix with a blender. After the puree has cooled, add half the bottle of ProSure®. Boil the chard for additional source of vitamins. Serve the salmon with olive oil and sweet potato puree. Salmon can also be drizzled with lemon juice.
