Chicken fillet in mushroom sauce


Mushrooms and chicken – a source of protein.

Ingredients

  • 120 g of chicken meat
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 10 g of butter
  • 10 g of thickener, pinch of salt, spices to taste
  • A bit of lemon
  • 80 g of ProSure® vanilla (⅓ bottle)

Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and spices to taste, then fry them in a butter in a grill pan until brown and crispy, then take them out and remove from the heat.

 Put the mushrooms in the pan where the meat was fried and bake until the mushrooms get a nice colour, add a bit of cooking cream and ProSure® and leave on low heat for a few more minutes until they start to boil slightly.

Place fried meat in the sauce, cook on a low heat and stir occasionally.

Just before the cooking is done, add the squeezed lemon juice, and when the dish has cooled, add ProSure®.
