Ingredients
- 120 g of pasta
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- ½ bottle of ProSure® vanilla
Instructions
Cook the pasta and meanwhile make the sauce. Peel and chop garlic and wash and grate zucchini. Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium heat and add garlic and zucchini. Steam until the mixture softens and until the zucchini release a little liquid, then add salt. Drain the pasta and save half a cup of water the pasta was cooked in. Add 1–2 teaspoons of the saved s water to the mixture of zucchini and then add the drained pasta. Stir to distribute the sauce evenly over the pasta. If necessary, add some more water the pasta was cooked in. Put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Before serving, when the dish cools slightly, add half the bottle of ProSure®.
